I ordered my phone over a week ago and it still has not arrived. I cannot track it with the number I’ve been given xkn269090164

Did you receive an email or text with a tracking number starting 000?

If so, you can use the order reference number within our online order tracker. This will give you an update on the delivery.

If not, I would give us a call on 150 so we can check the order for you and get you the reference number you need 🙂
