Ordered an iPhone XS Max 64GB in gold on 25th September, heard nothing since the original confrmation email, what's the average delivery wait times?

We're processing orders as swiftly as we can and receiving stock all of the time.

You can keep an eye on the order tracker for updates on your delivery.

You will also receive a text from DPD before 8pm the night before your delivery.

As @Leanne_T says, you can use your tracker but if you would like further info, give 150 a call and they should hopefully be able to give you further info on your order status . Hope you receive it soon.
