I ordered my phone on the 27th september and have only received my confirmation email , when will my new phone arrive ?

Tbh I don’t think they give out tracking numbers anymore as my last 2 orders I didn’t get one u just need to wait till dpd give u a tex with the delivery details cheers

If you have an order reference number starting 000 within the email you can use our online order tracker.

Once we have your device ready for delivery, DPD will contact you to let you know when this will be delivered.

If you would like an update on the delivery give us a call on 150 and we will check your order for you.
