@alexaarm Give customer services a call about this but you’ll probably find your going to have to wait a little longer if it’s one of the new iPhone Xs’s

if you purchased through a store, call up or visit the store and get them to check the order.. i ordered an apple watch last week and was told i would receive a text when it is delivered to the store. A week later i was curious as to why i hadnt received any form of communication e.g. "thank you for ordering or how was your visit to the store."

turns out the store had done the credit check but hadn't processed the order which means that i would never have got an apple watch if i hadnt checked up on it.
