    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a phone on a contract on tuesday the 25th I got a confirmation email. On the website I was told it would be 1 - 2 days and I haven't heard anything since. I can't seem to get in touch with any customer services over the phone as I don't have an EE number!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a samsung galaxy s8. Ordered it from the UK EE online shop and my order number is xkn269050407&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thanks for your reply &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; I tried those numbers but after a certain point it asks me for an EE number and unfortunately I don't have one. I can't seem to get past that point. Perhaps I am clicking the wrong options?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
