I should have received my phone today the 20th, but DPD says Monday. Is this happening to everyone with the delay? tut

@n1tut If you mean the new iPhone that’s not out till tomorrow. And DPD will only inform you on day of delivery what time it’s due,

Thanks, agree about the time, but twice this week ee have promised that it would be delivered tororrow and now I get a Mail from DPD saying that they will delver on Monday.

@n1tut depending on where you live it could just be down to location and delivery for that location.

@n1tut,Which I-Phone are you expecting to get, as the latest models are not available for delivery until tomorrow.

I would suggest you ring customer service if it is not the latest model or any other concerns about the delivery.

Yes, DPD only offer a 2 day service in some parts of the UK.

Hi James, my one year upgrade was due on Nov 2nd but as I have Terminal Lung Cancer your collegue allowed me to upgrade early before I went into Hospital.

@n1tut,, If you have received a text message or email from EE today and also by clicking on the tracking and putting your order number and it says 21st, as that is the earliest date you could receive the latest I-Phone, then like me and others, you will receive another text from DPD giving you a time when they will be delivering it, this text you will get tomorrow, 21st, we are all waiting with abated breath!!!

Many of us have been allowed to upgrade early, my upgrade date was also in November, but EE have brought it forward.

Sorry to hear about your illness, but hope things go ok in the hospital, cannot really say well, if it is terminal, that is awful, hopefully you are not suffering too badly.

Thank you, much appreciated. Reached 78 as a Royal Marine Ofiicer and Mercenary pilot, went through two wars flying jets and Helicopters, shot down twice, blown up once and then end up not being able to breathe. However hanging on as long as posible before using my old suicide pill. Glad I kept it as I am not going onto a lung and tubes.

I was charged £100 for upgrading a few weeks early, exactly the same £97 contract as before with same phone price, is this normal?
