I have upgraded today and the person on the phone said my phone will be delivered tomorrow and DPD will text me so I can choose a time however I have had no text and also this sounds like the expert delivery that is only available in London however I am not in London - please advise?

Welcome to the community,

You will get a text from DPD, they do this no matter where you live, I have always received a text letting me know the item will be delivered on such and such a date and then on the day of delivery the time it will be delivered with a one hour window, when you can then decide to change and there is a link in the text for you to make the changes.

Have you been sent an order number beginning with 00? If so you can check in your account using that tracking number.

It is not the end of the day yet, so you may get a text later on today.

Don't worry, DPD send delivery texts right up to 8pm.
