Order not received

DPD have messaged to say my order 15500951244407 was returned to consignor and also says it was refused at the Southall Depot. Can someone advise please what has happened?

No one can here.

Your best bet is to ring DPD as and them as they were the ones saying it was refused.

Then ring EE to arrange a new delivery

Great thanks will try that, i did email DPD can take 24 hours for a response

I’ve spoken with DPD and they advised the order was called back by EE a few mins before if was supposed to be delivered with no explanation

I spoke to EE last night and was informed a web form with dpd was completed to only now check and see the phone has been sent back to EE! What do I do now??
