hi I'm thinking of joining ee. and want to get my partner a new phone as hers is all smashed. but as it's a surprise I was wondering if I apply online and collect in store will there be any welcome letters sent to my home address?

If you are a brand new EE customer, even if you order online or over the phone, your very first bill is always posted to you (as well as being available to download).

From what I can remember though they are sent in a fairly generic white envelope.

You will receive that a couple of days after setting up the plan though.

it will be in my name
