    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are a brand new EE customer,&amp;nbsp;even if you order online or over the phone, your very first bill is always posted to you (as well as being available&amp;nbsp;to download).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From what I can remember&amp;nbsp;though they are sent in a fairly&amp;nbsp;generic white envelope.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will receive&amp;nbsp;that a couple of days after setting up the plan&amp;nbsp;though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi I'm thinking of joining ee. and want to get my partner a new phone as hers is all smashed. but as it's a surprise I was wondering if I apply online and collect in store will there be any welcome letters sent to my home address?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
