I don't think the online order tracker has been working for several months now unfortunately.

You should get a text from DPD once EE hand the handset over to them for delivery.

Welcome to the community.

Are you able to use a different browser? Are you using a tracking code (beginning with 000)?

As @Profile closed correctly said, DPD will contact you once the delivery is organised.
