Store delivery question

Hi,

I placed an order yesterday morning for a contract phone (I am a new customer) and asked for it to be delivered in store local to where I work. I have the confirmation email and I was hoping it would arrive today as it was in stock and it was supposed to be desptached within 1 day. So, a couple of questions :-

Do I get a despatch notification even though it is being delivered into store ?

How long do stock orders take to arrive in store ?

Welcome to the community and thank you for ordering your phone with EE. 🙂

Yes, you should still get a delivery text from DPD the day before delivery and then one the morning of the delivery with a one hour time slot.

They're usually next day as long as the stock is there.

Are you able to track the delivery in the DPD app/website. You'll need to use the postcode of the EE store.
