I took out a Sony phone in store on July 20th. I was told in-store that the PS4 would be with me in 8-10 days. Then I was told posted in 14 days. Then I was told posted in 30 days.

During which time I was told by both staff in store and customer services on the phone that I could not cancel.

Please can you let me know when I should expect delivery of the playstation? As I took this phone out so I could gift it for a friend. Their birthday has been and gone.

We aim to dispatch the PlayStation within 30 days of taking out your phone.

That is frustrating... Seeing as I was told very different waiting times before.

I have read other posts on here where people have been left waiting beyond 30 days for confirmation of it being posted.

Are there any assurances I can be provided other than what you have said?
