Where is my order

I updated my phone on Sunday through the EE app and received an order number. The email says that it will be dispatched within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything and every time I have tried to track my order with the EE online tracking it says that it's timed out... any idea how I can find out when my phone is going to arive? I am going away at the end of the week so ideally need it before then.

@holly__ Your order would of been processed Monday and ready for DPD and will probably be dispatch Wednesday for you but I’ll give customer services a call to to clarify
