Just ordered a white HomePod

Did this via EE chat and upfront cost of £33 was taken

find this via monthly payments

was told DPD will text me tomorrow for delivery time but not had a confirmation email or text

just worried it’s not confirmed as will be in tomorrow for the order

any reason to worry? Upfront payment as said has been taken

Hey James no text yet but spoke to customer services who said it’s been ordered but no confirmation yet

I was told it would arrive today

I can only suggest speaking to the customer service team again, @NickH16.

They'll be able to confirm if it is coming today or not.

Cheers yeah that’s what I was hoping and why I went with white. Got a black HomePod in my lounge
