World Class Customer Service

Having already got a Data SIM for a mobile hotspot I decided it was time to leave the truly dreadful Customer Service at Vodafone (I’ve been with them for 15 years) and give EE a shot. My expectations weren’t high but, from first contact, the experience has been amazing.

i have dealt throughout with a lovely woman called Lipa****** From start to finish she has been perfect - even responding to emails about a minor billing issue in MINUTES.

Without doubt this is the best Customer Service I have experienced ANYWHERE - that includes John Lewis, M&S and even BMW.

A wonderful experience - can’t thank you enough!
