Phone dispatch

Just wondering when my phone is gonna be dispatched...it’s been 5 days from order and received nothing???

the email confirmation says i will receive a text when the phone has been dispatched. I haven’t received any other documentation other than the confirmation.

the phone was ‘low stock’ so I’m assuming it’s just taking a while to get new stock...just wondering about the delay.
