      <title>No confirmation email?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account holder updated my contract and ordered an iphone 7 for myself on Sunday and we have still not recieved any confirmation for the update. How long should it take to recieve this confirmation??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advanced for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/381958"&gt;@bkanee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Has the account holder looked in their junk/spam folder for any emails confirming the order ? &amp;nbsp;If not they’ll need to call customer services as you should of got one within 24 hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
