On 9th of December I brought a sim I paid £15 for 15GB with unlimited calls and text when I tried going online it didn’t work then I searched online that u have to call text someone so I called my mate however I was charged for calling my mate and the pack wasn’t still active I had to pay another fiver for another pack the. I got 30gb for free what should I do?
