New sim

Put in new EE sim card. Now getting calls in but not calls out. Have activated sim but getting no calls out. This is my first time on EE but so far not impressed.

Have you topped it up? You can't make calls or texts w/out any credit.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Have put £10 on it to try EE on my spare phone to see if it's a better signal than o2 on my main mobile. I can get calls in at the minute but its not doing calls out for some reason, there is no sound at all when trying to connect an out call.
