SIM card PAYG top-up

Hi! I’m trying to top-up my new P.A.Y.G. SIM card. The info card says “you can redeem a top up voucher by texting the 16 digit short code to 150”

The top up card provided has only 11 digits, 13 if you include the two single digits at each end: 1 23456789012 0.

where is the 16 digit sort code please?

@JanK56 : You are mixing up Top-Up Cards & Top-Up Vouchers:

Top-Up Cards do have 13 digits. These are for taking to a store that does Top-Ups & buying a top-up with your money.
Top-Up Vouchers have 16 digits. You buy these from an EE store or a store that does Top-Ups & then use its no. to text for a top-up (which you've already paid for when you bought the voucher).
Alternatively you can use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card.
