@aliangeloumae98 Not from EE it’s not as you have to be on a 24 month contract and be within the first 17 months of that contract.

I am on a 24 mnth contract and within the first month and it still woukdnt ket me buy it.

Yes upgraded last week and been with Ee for over 10yrs

I'm not sure why it wouldn't let you add it, in that case, @Smithy3879

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to check your add to plan eligibility. Hopefully they can make sure you're able to order one next time they become available.

Ive tried contacting them - no response ive tried twitter no response, communication from Ee isn't great at the moment. Ive tried live chat doesnt work!

I have a rolling Sim only contract with Ee. I’ve also been a customer for over 10 years. Am I eligible for a Ps5?

Add To Plan products are available to EE pay monthly customers who are within the first 17 months of their 24-month mobile contract.

It’s a absolute con that pay as you go customers cannot buy a ps5 consule! Does that make us any less a customer than a contract customer!?it should be first come like at any other shops!
