Long story short I topy account up with to much money anyhow I called to ask and ecplaned my situation to see if i could get 30pounds put back in to my account however the lady said that I can buy a juse eat gift from ee shop online well hear the thing I can't find any gift cards for food that I can buy frow my account I am sitting very hungry with my 11 years old we have none has his dad past away 1month ago so things are a very struggle why did she lie to.

Top ups are non refundable.

You put too much on the account. Why did you do this if you needed that money for food?

You can't be unhappy with EE if you chose to put more money on your PAYG account than needed.
