Welcome Pack TOP-UP £10 with 10GB but only got 5GB

hi there, i have just activated the new EE number and also top-up £10 but i only got 5GB on the card, but it says on the welcome pack £10 for 10GB PACK..

can you pls tell me why is that?

@js6321 : Look for the other 5GB in the Add-ons.

It was just a suggestion as to where it might be. Did you look in your online MyEE at Menu > Add-Ons?
