i cancelled my £15 pack to upgrade to £20 and option to add pack are no longer available on my profile, can anyone help

cancelled my £15 pack to change to a £20 pack but option to choose pack is no longer on my profile as below, any help?

Does texting ALL PACKS to 150 offer you some packs?

Yes, I go through the normal process, type YES to add pack20, nothing happens

I have also topped up by £25, rang 150 and it says I have no pack options available

If you text AL to 150 what reports back?

Does it report that you have an active pack?
