As far as I know you can't purchase a Flex Plan from a PAYG SIM. I don't see the possibility on my PAYG a/c's. Flex & PAYG are diff payment plans.

Hi,

I can see that this has come up before but I just wanted to double check. I currently have a PAYG balance of £15.00 and would like to transfer to a Flex plan.

When I purchase the Flex plan for £10.00 do I lose the PAYG balance of £15.00?

If you just buy a new Flex SIM it is independent of any PAYG SIM you may have. If you want your existing PAYG SIM converted to Flex you would need to call CS to request it.

Hi,

Thank you for your response. My plan is to purchase a £10 Flex plan for my current sim/number via my EE account. My card details are already linked to the account.

I'm just curious as to what happens to my unused PAYG balance of £15.00.

Any info would be much appreciated.
