Pack not renewed

I topped up £10 the day before my pack should renew but on the day it should renew it says I have insufficient funds and i need to top up. Been with EE for at least 6 years and this is the first time this has happened.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Try texting the appropriate code text to 150 to buy your pack.

Which one would be appropriate? None of them are for renewing the pack.

Which pack did you have? Choose a code from What are pay as you go packs?

I am on a pack that is not one of the options. So texting won't get my pack.
