Why are packs disabled? Why cant i renew using credit card. It just says system

I'm not sure why renewing a pack is disabled. Is ee down again. I'm met at all angles with system error in red, on the ee my ee page. If the ee site is not up by tomorrow I'll change to giffgaff gaff as I need my phone for work and havent got the time to bother with this. Any help is much appreciated.

If you text ALL PACKS to 150, do you get a reply with available packs and how to add these?
