You never said, but did you actually change your credit card information for a new credit card? In the following I'll assume you did.

You did buy the new £15 pack today, but did you force it to start immediately now by texting NOW to 150?

If you didn't, it won't start until the current £25 pack expires on 19 Nov. You've lost nowt!

If you did, you should have waited until the current £25 pack expires as PAYG credit is not refundable.

Now that you've set up a new recurring credit card payment you have benefitted by EE's latest offer of 10% discount on pack prices when you pay for them using a recurring credit card payment.

Hello

I was paying a pay as you go pack for £ 25 every month (every 20th of the month) with my CreditCard.
My £ 25 pack was effective every 21st of the month.
Today (23/10/21) I wanted to change my credit card information for a new credit card, and I took the opportunity to change my £ 25 pack and reduce it to £ 15 because I never used the entire pack.

I have received the confirmation text for this change of pack and have requested that my new pack be effective immediately. and I was informed £ 13.50 straight away (23/10/21).

I want to know if the £ 25 pack I paid on 10/20/21 will be refunded to me? because it was valid until next month.
and why did I pay £ 13.40? what exactly does this amount correspond to please?

thank you

Loubna
