The system took a 10£ credit from me and allegedly renewed my package.<BR /><BR />I have a message that I can use the contents of the package for the next 30 days but in the current state on "My EE" after updating the package only what I have left at the end of last month is shown in the new month.<BR /><BR />Where is the content of what is implied for the £ 10 PACK and what is charged?
