&lt;P&gt;Can you not set up your direct debit via the EE app or EE online account on their website.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If CS are bus they cannot answer your call.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>I've been on hold all day</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been on hold all day! Been through every option on the automated options list!&amp;nbsp; All i want to do is set up 2 PAYG SIMS. I've got 2 mobiles and 1 SIM for each phone, to be paid through the same debit card. I've managed to get one set up, but can't set up the other no matter what I try. What am I missing? All of this could've been sorted if someone would just pick up the phone...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
