Why when EE sends me this offer by text msg does it not give me the offer when I type in "YES" as requested.

Are you responding within the time scales, some of these offers are for today only and expire at midnight.

Also I believe EE has over the last few days been having Text Issues.

If you still have the text of the Offer and armed with the above, I would recommend you give CS a Call on 150 and and follow it through with them.
