Losing free boosts yet another topic!

Currently on a £15 PAYG data pack (8gb of data) and looking to move to a £10 (5gb) pack or another £15 PAYG pack (15gb) but I get this message;

Your Free Boost progress

You'll lose your stamps, but you'll be able to earn more

What does that mean as like other I don't want to lose my boosts?

Our What are EE Free Boosts?, Help page has information on changing your pack and when you would loose the boosts.

Thankf for that it now seems the free boosts are capped unlike before where you could build them up year on year.

seems a step backwards to me.
