&lt;P&gt;Firstly by means of terminology, "prepay" generally refers to a PAYG setup - which by definition, is not a contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Having said that, scancom are a legitimate third party dealer who are authorised to sell EE products.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it is legit though I didn't go through with it, reason why is that they don't allow roaming at all and I use my device when in the Republic Of Ireland EE have said it's exactly the same as other EE sims and uses the same bands when in the UK but only difference is it won't work abroad.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
