    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. I did suspect that was indeed the case. I really should have held fire just a bit longer, just in case I did squeak through without needing to buy further data. This is disappointing, but not surprising news, and £5 is not a major loss (though I could have put it to better use if I had known).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid £5 for a top up because the data allowance on my 4G mobile device was running low, and I was uncertain if this will last long enough before my broadband became active. I work from home, so internet is essential for my work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As it happens, my broadband became active this morning, so I did not have to buy more data after all. Is there a way to obtain a refund of this £5 credit which I did not spend?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
