free PAYG sim card

Hello, I'm going to UK as an international student and staying there for a year. I plan to use your free PAYG sim card during the stay but i have a few questions regarding to it.

① I am still in my country and do not have a UK number yet. Am I able to order it to the residence that i will live in through the website without the number or do i have to go to the store to purchase one?

② I'm thinking to use the sim throughout the year by topping up but is it possible to register with my current credit card or do i have to have a UK bank account?

you can request a free PAYG sim now ready for when you arrive in the U.K. by clicking here.

EE only accept U.K. bank cards.

you can also top up via other methods see HOW CAN I TOP UP MY PHONE?

You don't need to provide a phone no. to order a PAYG SIM.
You need a UK credit or debit card to top-up.
