How can I ring this number from the phone I need to top up credit, to be able to ring out, if I cannot add credit to the phone?! Riddle me that! Every time I try to ring eye it says ‘call failed’.

Yes, I have not topped up before as usually only internet at home.

@twobouncingpups : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. There are no invoices for top-ups.
