Not enough credit to buy add on?

I'm trying to buy an add on but getting the message I don't have enough balance, even though I do? Can anyone help please?

Which one are you trying to add? Could you try doing it through a different device or browser please?

Hello,

EE have just charged me £10 for that 1G 7 day top-up option; which advertised for £6 .

Similar story recently with the 300G 7Day "£5" top-up ; that actually costs £7.

That's annoying, and would explain why they wouldn't let me top up the £5 either with my £6-odd available. I'll top up another few pound and see what happens... Thank you! 😊

The £6 one initially but it wouldn't let me purchase the £5 either. I've tried from a different device and browser.

Yeah, I can confirm they charged me £10 for a £6 pack too 🙄
