Hello,

I had a £15 Data pack 8GB unlimited texts and unlimited minutes which was due to renew tomorrow. This morning I decided to buy one of the new packs the £15 15GB unlimited texts and unlimited minutes. Then later I got the usual text message saying make sure you have £15 credit so your pack can renew tomorrow and that I have £15 credit. I don't understand this as I have bought a new pack and have no credit left just 10p. Is the system just not caught up yet or is my new pack going to disappear tomorrow. I know it sound silly but why still get the reminder when new pack is all set up on my online account?

Thanks

What does it say when you text BALANCE to 150?

Hi thanks for your reply

It says the details of my new pack. I think the system must have needed to catch up or something. It might have been ready to come through as my old pack was ready to renew tomorrow.
