Unable to buy a pack either from app or web

Hi,

I can't buy my current pack again before it ends. There is no buy button either on the app or on the website. I want to keep my boosts the same just to renew the pack.

Please help.

I can't renew my £1 pack. No option on the Web or App.

@trilist : The £1 Talk Pack is no longer available to new custs. If you already have it you may continue to let it auto renew at the expiration date, but I believe you can't buy it early & get it to replace your current unexpired pack. I've seen others here run into the same problem with other legacy packs.
