Hi, I'm having some trouble with text messaging. I have offers saying I can get 1,2 or 5 days unlimited data, minutes and texts for £5. I have £5 balance and everytime I message YES it will not send. Please help

Yes, all the other numbers receive my text messages fine

"not sent, tap to retry" is all I see
