      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am calling EE to ask for an invoice/receipt of my Pay as you go plan, but there is an automatic voice whose options give not support on how to ask for this receipt. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is an automatic voice over and it does not said anything about speaking with an agent or ask for help. It only gives the options of top up, pack management, or technical support, bot none of the options help. I have tried also with Option 2 &amp;gt; Option 4, with no success. That is for free bost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
