    <description>&lt;P&gt;in other words the notion a "suspended" SIM can be reactivated is a myth.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps it'd be an idea to give customer services the heads up on this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my friends sim card hasn't been used for 2 months, its a pay as you go line, he checked his sim card the other day and realized that there was no network. after 2 months would it be possible to recover that number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The &lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Pay-as-you-go/What-is-pay-as-you-go-and-flex-hibernation-and-how-do-I-stop-it/td-p/833279?nobounce=true" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;hibernation policy&lt;/A&gt; that is the most common cause of PAYG accounts being disconnected, doesn't kick in until 6months of no chargeable use. If this is genuinely 2months, there may be another reason.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Take a read of the help page I've linked to, and see whether that could be the reason. If not, does another EE phone work in the same location?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
