&lt;P&gt;I would recommend you take a read of &lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Pay-as-you-go/What-is-pay-as-you-go-and-flex-hibernation-and-how-do-I-stop-it/td-p/833279?" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this help page&lt;/A&gt; which explains EE's hibernation policy.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you've not used your PAYG phone for 2years, it will almost certainly have been disconnected. Your number and any credit on it, will have been lost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't used my phone for around 2 years, I've just found it and switched it on but can't receive calls or texts. I can't top it up at the moment so am unsure if i can call out or send texts. I'm in the uk.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
