&lt;P&gt;However it could be of your own making. Who did you call for £1.05 from that SIM?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 &amp;gt; option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Me and my husband bought twp new ee sim cards with 40 GB date and free unlimited mintues,worth of 30 pounds each from heathrow airport, but looks like we don't have any data or free mintues other than 20 pounds balance. Helpline runs in pre selected automated options and there is now way to connect to helpline personnel. Highly disappointed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As per the information on the sim packs, these come with 40 GB data in each, with unlimited local texts and calls. I'll attaching the pictures now.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Both the sims we bought we new and it was clearly written there that each comes with 40 GB data and unlimited local calls and texts, for 30 pounds each, without any additional cost for one month. &lt;P&gt;It would appear that you paid the seller £10 each purely for the pleasure of selling you £20 items.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As you have already spent £1.05 (on calls?) of the initial £20 top-up the primed pack cannot now be auto bought &amp;amp; won't kick in until you top it up to at least £20.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
