New sim?

Currently I am on PAYG and buy a pack each month. I want to switch to a pay monthly sim only deal but would rather not go through the palava of having a new sim. Is it possible to just switch from PAYG to pay monthly without a new sim?

Yes. You can do the switch online by Switch to pay monthly and save . Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.

Thanks for that information - much appreciated. I followed the link and despite being logged in to myee it's asking for all my details and saying that my new sim will be delivered within 2-3 days. I don't want to proceed in-case it doesn't link my existing account to the new one and sends me a new sim 😕
