hi iv had the £30 pack for a while now but i wanted to change to the £15 pack instead so iv waited till my pack had run out and changed it and it stated in order for my new pack to activate was to top up with the pack amount which iv now done but the £15 is just sat as credit not activated the pack please can someone help ?

Thanks for coming to the community.

Can you text ALL PACKS to 150 the reply will give you a list of packs available.

Can you then use the text code for the pack you would like, does this start the pack for you?

Have you already bought the £15 pack? If not, buy it by texting PACK15 to 150.

Either way, then text NOW to 150.
