Top up data only sim

Hi, i have a data only sim in a router. If i use normal add-on top up screen i cannot see recaptcha. A few weeks ago i was advised to use fast top up which worked great. I’ve just tried again and now it won’t work - repeatedly and on 2 browsers and 2 devices. Just an error message saying my request cannot be completed. I’m going round in circles and going a bit dotty. Please help - thanks

Can you try clearing cookies and cache, and opening fast top up in another browser, does this work for you?

No, it doesn’t work.
It can see my number, i press continue and then it does nothing. Just goes
back to the same page. I’ve tried to change the number to the same number
and it’s the same.

Tried a different browser. Have no idea how to clear cache/cookies. I’ve
tried on 2 phones and ipad using different browsers, android and apple.
I’m going to go to a different provider. I’ve only tried to top up twice
and both times were impossible without frustration and assistance. Sorry.
It shouldn’t be this difficult.
