Top up data sim cards without add-on time limit options

Where can I buy a data only EE sim card, which I can top up with arbitrary amounts ?

I'm not interested in top up add-ons that give X GB for use within Y days.

Sorry, we don't offer a pay as you go data plan where you pay per MB as you use it. You would need to purchase a data pack or add-on.

You may only arbitrarily top-up w/out any pack or add-on for making calls & texts but for using data.
