1 Why does EE not send u text any more since Feb 2021. to warn u your pack needs renew 2 If u text ba 150 you dont get text back say how much credit u have/ minutes, text left .

Can you call 150 from the phone?

Can you try texting AL to 150, do you get a reply to the message?

since end march2021 not had any text from ee to remind me to top up on pay/go pack . also if text ba to 150 ee does not text back with remaing credit / how long pack llasts due for renew . any ideals why . only way to find out is to log into my acount on main ee sight . via base home computer & internet .my phone old style dont use apps/ internet on my mobile phohe . text/ phone calls only .

YES can phone 150/ text al to 150 its delveried. but notexts back 150

SOME HOW 150 got on to block list on phone thanck you for help unblocked 150 now ok
