Paid for a 15 quid 8gb pack left my account saying it was unsuccessful from ee end but it’s been took from my bank account any ideas anyone **bleep** going on with that ??

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Yeah it’s pending yeah but , it should be instant shouldn’t it ?

If the payment is pending and has failed with us, this should go back into your bank account within the next few days.

Pending failed bank payments take a few days to be removed, often it seems to me longer than pending cleared bank payments.
